This is a whaling ship and these are visitors seeing the ship.  Whaling ships called into Aruba to receive bunker before going south.

The photo above was cropped from the photo above this one.  It is to show the damage to the hose gantry  From the looks of the photo it is the gantry that is burning, not the ship.

This is the Lake Tanker Esso San Joaquin in dry dock in Aruba.
