THE CAVES IN SEROE COLORADO IN 2006
They were know as "Burson's Caves"; "The Colony Caves"; "The New House's Caves" and now the Caves in Seroe Colorado.  In June of 2006 while at the Lago Reunion my son Paul went down in the hole and took photos into the caves, he did not enter the cave as he did not have a flashlight or any other source of light.  These are the photos he took.
This is a view, taken standing on the coral looking into the hole where you enter the caves.  Note how thin the coral roof is over the hole.
I believe the next photo, from the "Mystery Scrapbook",  and taken in the late 1920's or early 1930's is the same caves, without all the cactus and bush, and taken from a different location of the hole.
Again, standing on top of the coral looking down into the hole.
The pipes run on top of the coral and span the hole down to the caves.
The ladder down into the hole.
On the floor of the hole, looking south.
One of the caverns in the hole which leads no where.
One of the tunnels leading from one area to another.
Further down that same tunnel.
The black & white photo below is from the "Mystery Scrapbook" and these photos were taken in the late 1920's or very early 1930's.  Again, I think this is the same tunnel, some 75 years earlier.
The end of a tunnel that leads no where.
